I was in my car at the corner of Park St and Jay st today May 9th around 3:15 or 3:20 pm and I saw 3 girls walking down Jay st going almost to Park St. This guy in a wheelchair was trying to go up Park St. Those 3 girls just watched him struggle, and they just stood there without even going up to him and asking if he needed help. Those 3 girls came from Belmont Courts. Why are people so rude. My daughter wanted to get out of the car and punch all 3 girls in the face for being rude. If you see someone in a wheelchair struggling, ask them if they need help.

Getting to know them is by talking with them, offering to push them around and ask what happened to them to put them in a wheelchair. People who are in a wheelchair are humans too and are not bad people once you get to know them. Remember this, you could end up in a wheelchair someday too, because of a car accident, slip n fall, or sports injury. Again, if you want to know why someone uses a wheelchair, just ask them. I was driving down Patterson st one day and I noticed a guy in a wheelchair trying to cross the street at the corner of Patterson and Knox st. I saw 3 girls crossing the street at the same corner. Those 3 girls just walked right by him without taking a minute to help him cross the street. My daughter got out and pushed him cross the street. He thanked her and said he appreciated the help. He also thanked me for raising my daughter properly and teaching her to be respectful to people like that. If I would have had free time, I would have picked him up and gave him a ride to where he was going. People in Ogdensburg are very rude and heartless.

When my ride came to pick me up she was harassed. Dale Wells was chief of police then came to Norwood and ruined our town took the park benches out of the village arresting kids for chewing gum.
